✅ Take responsibility for their behaviour on and off the pitch.
✅ Follow the Box to Box Academy values: Train. Improve. Succeed.

❌ Players must never engage in offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language or behaviour.

Parent / Carer Code of Conduct

At Box to Box Academy, we ask all parents and carers to:

✅ Encourage children positively – focus on effort and enjoyment, not just results.
✅ Respect all players, coaches, referees, and other parents.
✅ Support your child’s learning by ensuring regular attendance and punctuality.
✅ Communicate any concerns directly to coaches in a calm and respectful way.
✅ Allow coaches to coach – avoiding “touchline coaching” that can confuse players.
✅ Promote the Box to Box Academy values at all times.

❌ Parents must never shout at, ridicule, or abuse players, referees, coaches, or other spectators.

Coach Code of Conduct

As coaches at Box to Box Academy, we commit to:

✅ Providing a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all players.
✅ Putting the wellbeing, safety, and enjoyment of each child above everything else.
✅ Planning and delivering age-appropriate, engaging sessions where all players are involved.

✅ Leading by example – showing respect to players, parents, referees, and opponents.

✅ Keeping qualifications up to date (FA DBS, safeguarding, first aid, coaching badges).
✅ Working closely with parents and carers to support every child’s development.
✅ Following The FA’s Safeguarding and Respect guidelines.

❌ Coaches must never misuse their position of trust, or behave in a way that could harm the reputation of the Academy.
