Club Constitution & Rules

Our Aim: To provide high-quality football coaching and development opportunities for children of all abilities in a safe, fun, and supportive environment.
Our Ethos: Improve. Succeed. We want every player to build confidence, develop skills, and enjoy the game.
Our Rules:
- Respect all players, coaches, referees, and parents.
- Follow the Box to Box Codes of Conduct (players, parents, coaches).
- Put effort and enjoyment above results – development always comes first.
- Treat everyone fairly and equally, regardless of ability or background.
- Uphold safeguarding as our top priority.

Our Codes of Conduct apply to:

Players – play fairly, respect others, and enjoy the game.
Parents & Carers – support positively, respect coaches, and encourage effort.
Coaches – put player wellbeing first, plan safe and engaging sessions, and act as role models.
