Complaints Procedure

1. Raise your concern directly with the relevant coach where possible.
2. If unresolved, contact the Welfare Officer (details above).
3. If the issue remains unresolved, it will be referred to the Head of Academy for final review.
4. Safeguarding concerns will always be treated as a priority and escalated immediately where necessary.
